Tour Plan
Day 01
Arrival at Kochi | Travel to Munnar
Upon arrival at Kochi Airport/Bus stand, the driver will pick you up & take you to Munnar. En route to Munnar, take a halt at the famous Valara waterfall & Cheeyappara waterfall, located amidst beautiful surroundings. If time permits can also choose to visit the Athirappilly waterfalls, known as 'India's Niagra Falls'. Then, proceed towards your hotel in Munnar. Enjoy an overnight stay in Munnar.
Transfer in Swift Dzire, Innova or similar
- The driver will pick you up from Cochin International Airport/Ernakulam Junction/bus stand and transfer you to the Valara & Cheeyappara waterfalls for sightseeing.
- Post-sightseeing, get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Munnar for an overnight stay.
Activity: Enjoy Scenic Road Trip from Kochi to Munnar
- Marvel at the beautiful Valara waterfall surrounded by lush forests.
- Visit the breathtaking Cheeyappara Waterfalls, where seven cascades come together.
- You can also visit Athirappilly Waterfalls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Kerala (at your own cost).
Note: Athirappilly Waterfalls can only be visited if flight arrives early in the morning.
Day 02
Munnar | Enjoy a Day of Munnar Sightseeing
The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you for sightseeing in Munnar. You can visit Rajamalai National Park. Next, enjoy a photo stop at the scenic Echo Point. Then, go exploring the lush Tea Gardens. Next visit Mattupetty Lake & Dam a beautiful site with a lake amidst lush greenery. Walk in the serene surroundings of Kundala Lake. Later explore the Blossom Garden. If time permits go ziplining at Nadiar Road. Later, get transferred to your hotel in Munnar.
Day 03
Munnar to Thekkady | A Day in Periyar
Check-out from your hotel in Munnar, after which the driver will take your hotel in Thekkady. After check-in, driver will take you for sightseeing in Thekkady. Visit Periyar National Park and go on a canter safari. Then, go to Elephant Junction where you can go on an elephant ride or bath with elephants. Later visit Periyar Lake and go boating on this serene lake. Later, get transfered back to your hotel in Thekkady for an overnight stay.
Day 04
Thekkedy to Alleppey | Welcome to the Land of Lush Backwaters
Check-out from your hotel in Thekkady, after which the driver will pick you up and take you to Alleppey. Upon arrival in Alleppey, the driver will drop you at your houseboat. After check in, go on an amazing boat ride on the backwaters, surrounded by the lush landscapes of Alleppey & Kumarakom. Later explore the charming villages on the backwaters of Alleppey. Afterward, enjoy an overnight stay amidst the serene surroundings of Alleppey.
Day 05
Alleppey to Kumarakom | A Day in Backwaters of Kerala
Enjoy a scenic boat ride back to your docking point in Alleppey. Then check out and proceed to Kumarakom, where you'll be escorted to your hotel. After check-in, indulge in a Kumarakom sightseeing tour. Experience the serene Vembanad Lake, followed by a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, home to unique bird species. Once the sightseeing concludes, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 06
Departure | Time to head back home with a plethora of memories
Pack your bags and check out from your hotel in Kumarakom. The driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Kochi Airport, where your tour will come to an end.
