All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment terms and cancellation policies are specified during the booking process.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Any errors or discrepancies should be reported promptly.

3. Travel Documents:

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) for their journey.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

YouWe Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, cancel trips, or change accommodation as needed. Users will be informed of any significant changes.

5. Code of Conduct:

Users are expected to adhere to a respectful and considerate code of conduct during their travels. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on the YouWe Travel website is the intellectual property of YouWe Travel. Users are not permitted to use, modify, or distribute this content without explicit permission.

7. Liability:

YouWe Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the course of travel. Users are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance.

8. Privacy:

The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Services:

YouWe Travel reserves the right to terminate services to users who violate these terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the well-being of other travelers.

By using YouWe Travel’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Following cancellation and refund policy applies for the services on YouWe Travel:

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded.
• If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded.
• If cancellations are made 0 day to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded.
